I am happy to invest in real estate in Portugal and this book is very useful. It provides an excellent guide for all possible aspects of choice of location for the housework and the creation of a Portuguese company.

There is good evidence to the legal and financial aspects of acquisitions, including mortgages, something can be difficult in a foreign country. Further information on fees and other legal considerations. Goes far beyond,The sections on the renewal, rental and sale, a little 'early for me, but good to be able to read it.

I would say that there is only weak point in this book, I recommend learning the language. I speak Portuguese and my recommendations would be very different. That said, the book guides readers to bookstores, where you can see for yourself, and of course select the most appropriate to their needs.
